Our mission is to free people of modern life from civilization diseases with the help of the ancient methods of yoga and put them on the way of self-awareness. The common definition of yoga is the practice of the asanas (poses), and pranayama (breath techniques), which balance the physical body, the mind and the feelings. It strengthens and makes the body flexible, calms the mind, reduces stress and brings inner peace and harmony.

It is important to notice that yoga is much more than physical practicing, but this is the first and most important step to reach its higher purposes, but on the other hand, our yoga classes are also extremely effective for those who are not interested in the spiritual aspects. The regular practice of the asanas increases flexibility, lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons, massages all organs of the body, tones the muscles, helps in the flushing out of toxins from every nook and cranny as well as providing nourishment up to the last point. This leads to benefits such as delayed ageing, energy and a remarkable zest for life.

Our studio has open-minded and familiar atmosphere where everyone is welcome no matter how deep their purpose in yoga is. We offer a wide range of class types from beginner to advanced levels. Yin and Ashtanga classes are held in normal room temperature, all the others are hot yoga classes, but differently from many other studios that means only a maximum of 30 degrees, which is enough to make the muscles more flexible for practicing, and increase detoxification. We also organise other special types of classes and workshops to widen the scope of those who are open to more of the ancient knowledge of yoga.
