This class is based on the traditional hatha series. Not so dynamic as the vinyasa flow, but the asanas are held  for the same period, around 5 breaths. It gives time to practice more versions of the asanas, especially in the standing sequence. Best way for beginners to try the dynamic type of practice. The lesson is finished with a 5-minutes relaxation.
