I started doing yoga in 2008 in the USA. That time I had been worrying more and more, working too much, had not got enough sleep, I had been tired and moody all the time and had a bad posture, so I decided to find an activity to help me eliminate the effects of office work and stressful life. This is how I came across with yoga.
After I had moved home I kept on practicing: first Hot Yoga then Ashtanga, and following this, in the summer of 2011 I completed the 200 Hours Yoga Alliance approved Yogaworks' Teacher Training with the guidance of Katherine Munro. The program is made up of elements taken from classic Ashtanga, Iyengar yoga and Viniyoga. Ever since I have been deepening my knowledge and practice with the help of my teachers, Zoltán Nitai Kiss, Ricardo Martinez and Gauranga Das.
My classes are held in a smiley atmosphere, but at the same time I aspire to teach the asanas meticulously.
My main goal is to pass along the values that I gained from yoga: patience towards ourselves and others, tolerance, balance and confidence.
