Series of traditional basic asanas. For beginners this one may be the best option to start with, as the postures are basically static and we come back to the starting position between the asanas. The poses are held for 1-3 minutes, which helps us immerse and absorb in these asanas and gives beginners time to learn them accurately. In the first half of the class we practice the most important standing asanas; warming-up, balancing and angle poses then we go on to backbends, stretching and hip opening excercises. The class begins with Sun Salutations and is finished with a 5-minute relaxation.
