Freestyle series of excercises which take elements from all the other types, with a focus on  strenghtening. It is mostly dynamic, asanas are held for 5-8 breaths. Compared to hatha, there are more postures to sthrenghten the core muscles, the shoulders and the arms. It may be a great preparation for practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa. The class finishes with a 5-minute relaxation.
