Dynamic type of yoga, asanas are held for a relatively short time, 5 breaths. There are a lot of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), not only in the beginning but throughout the whole lesson. The poses are linked together vith vinyasas thus flow will be added to the practice. Each lesson focuses on a different area, for example hip opening, backbends , spinal twisters or practicing some more advanced poses. This type of lesson cultivates stamina, strenght and flexibility as well. The lesson is finished with a 5-minute relaxation.
