I have always loved to be active and tried many sports. I got acquainted with yoga in 1987; back then we mostly relaxed and practiced a few positions. As a result of the training I started to read yoga books that brought about a vast change in my life. I started to live a slower-paced and more thoughtful life.

From 2000 I attended various schools that helped me to build my self-recognition. I started to practice yoga regularly again in 2011. Then, in 2013 I completed the Hatha Yoga Instructor course at Zoltán Kiss Nitai, which was followed by some other yoga related courses.

In 2014 I managed to get to India where I had the opportunity to spend a few days at the holiest place, in Vrindavan, and also in Rishikes sitting on the bank of the Ganges. For me practicing yoga is important, as it brings a bodily-spiritual renewal I to my everyday life. I wish others could also discover its magnificent effect – and I’d like to support this.
