Szilvi has been active in dancing since the age of 11; she is currently attending the Hungarian Dance Academy at Theatrical Dance major, but she has always been interested in other forms of movement and arts (singing, drawing). The world of yoga captured her immediately at her first class.

"At my classes the goal is to achieve natural and healthy exercising, so that the asanas could help in establishing a stable body, a conscious mind and a peaceful spirit. By alternating dynamic strengthening, static and stretching-relaxing exercises my aim is to enhance stamina and concentration. I continuously would like to set newer and newer objectives our bodies can achieve thus inspiring ourselves for holding out also in everyday life. Yoga helps a lot in deepening knowledge acquired in other fields, therefore I consider it useful for everybody."
