Hip Opening Vinyasa Flow

The hip-opening vinyasa is a flow-style class with a focus on the hip joint. We stay in the asanas for 5 breaths, or even a bit longer in the stretching poses. Just as in the normal vinyasa class, we have many Sun Salutations and we also practice the asanas linked together to feel the flow in our yoga practice. Our aim is to increase the flexibility, we are doing split and straddle, also preparation for lotus pose, or more advanced students can go for more advanced poses. We finish up the class with a 5 minutes relaxation.
