Dynamic, traditional series of postures. We practice the Primary Series based on the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of this kind of Yoga. It is a fixed system of asanas and we do not change the series but sometimes the shortened version is practiced: after Navasana we go on to the finishing sequence. Depending on this the class takes 100-120 minutes and finishes with a 5-minutes relaxation. We mainly recommend this type of Yoga to advanced practicoiners, not only because it is tough and dynamic, but because it requires flexibility and strenght at the same time. Of course enthusiastic beginners are welcome too, if they desire for a more challenging, intensive practice.
